Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day (Tuesday to Friday only excluding bank holidays) orders placed after 2pm Friday are dispatched the following Tuesday.

If your parcel is late please track it in case it has been held or already delivered. If you are unable to locate your parcel please contact us on 01483 497986.

Dpd will text or email you with your delivery details which will include an hour window with your delivery time.

If you want to collect from our Shop please select ‘Shop Collection’ at the checkout. This will be ready for collection within 24hrs and we will contact you to confirm this.

International Delivery

Changes to international charges as a result of Brexit:Due to changes in international shipping charges, all orders being delivered internationally or to an address in Europe (excluding UK) placed after 31 December will be subject to local taxes and duties.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes? (Deliveries to the European Union)

From 1 January 2021, there will be import taxes for goods being shipped to the EU from the UK. Kindly note that the payment is your responsibility.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes? (Deliveries outside the European Union)

For some countries outside the European Union, you might be asked to pay import duties when receiving the order. Delivery to certain countries may incur customs duties and in some cases also government taxes. Kindly note that the payment is your responsibility.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes? (Deliveries within the USA)

For delivery to some states, a mandatory USA sales tax is required. US sales tax is currently charged for shipments to the states of New York, California, Illinois, Washington, Texas, Michigan, Maryland and New Jersey. Kindly note that the payment is your responsibility and is not included in our delivery.

Where is my parcel?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so that you can check progress with the relevant courier. Please contact us on 01483 497986 or customercare@bellaandben.co.uk if you do not receive your tracking number or are worried about the tracking that is showing for your order.
